Branwen Cardigan

Knitted from the top downwards, with shaping between the lace motifs, this gorgeous, swingy coat/cardi is ideal for an Autumn cover-up.

YARN

The cardigan is knitted using UK Alpaca Baby Alpaca Silk 4 ply yarn 80% baby alpaca/20% tussah silk, 450m/492yds per 100g

SIZE AND YARN QUANTITIES

The pattern gives instructions for sizes 81-127cm/32-50ins bust, 7 – 9 x 50g balls

Tension: 29 sts and 36 rows to 10cm over stocking stitch using 3.25mm (US 3) needles.

Needles etc: 3mm (US 2-3); 3.25mm (US 3) circular needles & and double-pointed needles.

Stitch holders, stitch markers and 8 – 9 x 18mm buttons.
