Bedjacket

Bedjacket

This lovely bedjacket is a shorter version of the Dressing Gown. It would make  glamorous bedwear, but could equally be daytime wear as a cosy jacket.

Yarn: The jacket is knitted in Rowan Kid Classic, a beautifully soft mix of 70% lambswool, 22% kid mohair & 8% polyamide (140m/153yds per 50g ball)

Sizes & yarn quantities: the pattern gives instructions for 2 sizes; 32-34ins & 36-38ins/81-86cms & 91-97cms bust. The jacket uses 9 or 10 balls of yarn.

Tension: 19sts & 25 rows to 4ins/10cm over stocking stitch using 5mm (US 8) needles

Needles etc: pair of 5mm (US 8) knitting needles; long 5mm circular needle; 4mm (US F-5) crochet hook
